How do I place an order?
Ordering from Sona Arts is easy! Once you find an item you would like to purchase, simply click the "Add to Enquiry Basket" button in that product's description page. You can add multiple items in Enquiry Basket Using Add More Items Button. You can also adjust the quantity of any product in your Enquiry Basket.


There are No MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), you may order us by one piece to all items.


Also, you can order us manually by selecting the item code + their quantity + Size and e-mail them at sonaarts@gmail.com or info@sonaarts.com.
 

After sending the order details, an person from the concern department will create a quotation with final product Cost, Shipping cost, Delivery lead time, Payment method and other required information as per your request and email you within 24 hours.


After agreeing on the details provided, you will make the transfer by any of mentioned method, as per your convenience.


Each quotation will have “unique number” of it which helps you to makes the transfer & check further status of your orders.

Where is my order?
If you did not receive your order items in schedule time as per provided in quotation and would like to find out the status. please send an email to sonaarts@gmail.com or info@sonaarts.com include your name, order quotation number and email address. A member of our customer service team will reply with information about your order, such as if it has been shipped, when it was shipped, or when we will expect it to be shipped.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Your order request is promptly sent to our fulfillment Department. Therefore, it is generally not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted. However, if your order has not yet been shipped and you need to cancel or modify it, please contact us at sonaarts@gmail.com or info@sonaarts.com and we will determine if it will be possible to halt the fulfillment of the order. Please note that no order may be canceled or modified once it has been shipped. In those cases, you may follow the return instructions if you decide not to keep the product after having received it.
Pricing Errors and Cancellation of Orders
SONA ARTS reserves the right to cancel an order any time before it has been shipped.

Product pricing error: Because Sona Arts offers wide range of items, a product may on occasion provide you incorrect price. If a product is purchased at a price that is lower than the correct price. we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions prior to shipping the order or notify you of the outright cancellation of the order.

 

Billing information provided for the credit card does not match the information on file with the card issuing bank.


Our All items are fully handmade. if we are getting manufacturing and production problem then we will notify you of the outright cancellation of the order.

Do the prices on your items change?
Our Products Price may be changed Because foreign currency fluctuation. Another factor in price fluctuation is that artists have control over their pricing and can change their prices based on the supply and demand of their products.

Do you charge sales tax and duty?
Our shipping charges do not include any duties or taxes.

All the custom duty & taxes levied at destination would be borne by the customer, as applicable in the importing country.

How long will my order take to arrive?
if item is in stock and ready for dispatch. Once you place an order for this item, we can usually dispatch it on the next two business day.

If any items are out of stock, we will provide this information and the approximate lead time in quotation.

What shipping options do you offer?
For Delivery in India :-
- Shipping by Air Courier We use FEDEX, Overnight express & Other renowned courier company to ship the product.
- Lead time for the delivery in India would be 2-4 working days. (Except Sunday & India National Holidays)
- You can send your personalized message/greetings along with your gifts.


For International Delivery :-
- By Courier (Door to Door Delivery): We use DHL, FEDEX, UPS etc.
- By Air (Port to Port): We delivery all air ports in the world.
- By Sea (Port to Port): We deliver all sea ports in the world.
- Any Taxes or duties levied at destination would be borne by you.
 

Packaging: We have expert packers to provide International export standard packing, safe transportation and safe delivery to destination.

Combine product can be shipped with less cost effective.

Note: Chargeable weight is derived from Gross weight and volumetric weight calculation, whichever is higher..

I shipped my order to the wrong address. Can you reship my package?
A fee will be applied:
The incorrect address has been provided by the customer and the package is returned as undeliverable An invalid address has been provided by the customer, resulting in a surcharge from the carrier.
Such an error may include, but is not limited to, invalid or incomplete address information; incorrect zip code.


Please note that there is no charge for address changes that are made before an order is shipped.

Can I ship my order outside of the INDIA?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide to any country.

Shipping charge will provide you in quotation.

Will I be charged if I refuse my order?
Please note a $20 fee (per package) will be assessed for all refused shipments. In addition, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges assessed by the courier. For international deliveries, the customer will be responsible for any duty/VAT/import charges on refused or unclaimed shipments, in addition to return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable on refused or unclaimed shipments.
Will I have to pay taxes and duties on my order?
Sona Arts will cover all taxes for customers in the India. Orders being shipped to addresses outside of the INDIA may require the recipient to pay duties and taxes upon delivery.
Sona Arts cannot be held responsible for duties or taxes imposed by the local government on orders delivered to countries other than the India.

How do I return an item?
Return would be accepted, if you have received the item in defective or damage condition. Send us the photograph of the defective /damage product by emailing us on info@sonaarts.com and sonaarts@gmail.com. After receiving the photographs, our team would work out and let you know the decision. The return product should be sent to us in the same original condition and packing, when you received it. On customize product, refund or return of the product would not be done.
I haven't received my order. Is it lost?
Be sure to indicate the complete and correct shipping address when you are placing your order. Sona Arts is not responsible for items that have not been received due to an incorrect address or change of address. If you have not received your order and would like to check the status, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@sonaarts.com or sonaarts@gmail.com (be sure to note your order number and email address, and verify the correct mailing address). A member of our customer service team will check our records to determine when your order was processed and shipped.
What happens if my item arrives damaged or incomplete?
if you have received the item in damaged or incomplete. Send us the photograph of the damaged or incomplete product by emailing us on info@sonaarts.com and sonaarts@gmail.com. After receiving the photographs, our team would work out and let you know the decision.
